We are a non-profit focused on Canadian workforce development. Our first priority is students in post secondary studies and recent graduates within two years of degree completion - ages 17 to 25.
WHAT DATA IS TELLING US • Canada continues to face high unemployment among post secondary graduates, underscoring the need for policy and education system reform.
• While these systems evolve, students can still influence their career outcomes by accessing timely information, networks, and work-aligned opportunities.
Our Approach
Bottom Up
Many organizations focus on top-down change through policy and education reform. We complement this by empowering students now—increasing awareness of up-to-date labour market realities (e.g., degrees alone no longer guarantee jobs), surfacing hard-to-find opportunities, and helping students use their voices to accelerate needed system change.
Community
We believe the resources already exist. By working in new and collaborative ways, we build a community of students, new graduates, and passionate stakeholders with shared missions who drive workforce change, support each other’s growth, and unlock opportunities at scale across public, private, and education sectors.
Result Focused
We are led by an implementation-focused, impact-driven founder with extensive experience delivering large-scale, high-complexity programs, now committed to advancing Canada’s workforce development for a prosperous Canada.
