Founded in November 2025, CanWorks is a student-powered social nonprofit.


Our mission is to advance equitable and lasting economic security for all Canadians through actions.


CanWorks equips young people with real-world experience to build meaningful careers while helping non-profits, startups, SME, and government develop strong, affordable and sustainable talent pipelines. 


By connecting emerging talent with real workforce needs, we strengthen opportunity for individuals and competitiveness for Canadian employers.


Since founded, we offered 20+ interns with real-world experience.  


We invite individuals and organizations who share our mission to join us—because the future is only as strong as the action we take today.
